Welcome!
If this is your first time hearing about Folded Space, here's the idea:
Every other week, we'll bring you a new science fiction story. Each episode is completely self-contained and told by a single narrator. No ongoing plot. Just one story at a time.
Over the course of our first season, we'll explore the space where technology, human nature, and a vast, indifferent universe collide.
Folded Space actually started as something different.
The original idea was a print anthology. I wanted to collect science fiction stories from people with different backgrounds and different perspectives. Stories that could help us see the universe through someone else's eyes.
But there's one problem.
I'm not a publisher. I am a podcaster.
So, Folded Space became an audio anthology instead. And honestly, I think that's what it was always meant to be.
Our first story, "Mother of All Bombs" by Matt Hornsby, premieres on September 2, 2026.
After that, you'll get a new episode every other Wednesday morning.
If that sounds like something you'd enjoy, I'd love for you to subscribe or follow Folded Space on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or wherever you listen.
Our journey begins September 2nd.
